SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Please keep an eye on your email: we'll send a notification when your order is placed, ships, and when your order is delivered. Be sure and check your spam/junk folder if you do not find it in your inbox.
  • Due to the surging demand for deliveries and unprecedented supply chain disruptions this year, some shipping carriers are experiencing nationwide delays. We recommend shopping early to ensure your packages arrive in time for the holidays-please know we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience.
  • Signature will be required upon delivery for orders over $1,000.
  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays and are pending credit card approval. Lee Michaels reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation.
  • If you order any merchandise that is a special order, ship times are stated on that specific product page.

RETURNS

  • Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your shipment for jewelry and giftware and within fourteen (14) days for watches (including gifts), you may return your purchased items in their original conditions for a full refund (minus any shipping fees), no reasons required.
  • Online purchases can be returned to any Lee Michaels retail store location or mailed back to Lee Michaels per the instructions below.
  • Items that are returned during the thirty (30) days after delivery which are in an unsaleable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
  • Items purchased as a gift will receive merchandise credit.
  • Custom orders such as monogram or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

  • Items being returned to Lee Michaels must be insured for shipping. We recommend FedEx Express service.
  • Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the reason for your return.

Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Watches

SHIPPING DETAILS

Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches will ship the same business day (Monday–Friday only) if your order is placed by 11:00am CDT.
If your order is placed after 11:00am CDT, or during a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day.
An adult signature with valid ID will be required for all deliveries.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays and are pending credit card approval. Lee Michaels reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation.

 

RETURNS

Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your shipment, you may return your Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watch in its original condition for a full refund (minus any shipping fees), no reasons required.
All accompanying materials must be included in your return shipment, including but not limited to, original box, original warranty documentation, instructional booklets, links, and straps. The amount credited upon receipt will be adjusted if the watch is not returned in original condition with all materials.
Online purchases may be returned to any Lee Michaels retail store location or mailed back to Lee Michaels per the instructions below.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving and verifying your return.
