Fall of 2022 brought an expanded vision and partnership between Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry and Rolex on N. Causeway Boulevard, in Metairie, LA. Creating a luxurious, elevated and immersive Rolex shopping experience remained high priority – Lee Michaels has been an Official Rolex Jeweler for over 40 years and wanted to ensure the Rolex section was showcased in a vibrant and accessible way. The new store features a Rolex corner, complete with the brand’s distinctive green and cream color palette, modernized aesthetics and a relaxing seating area. The Rolex corner has a large window into the workshop where the store’s watchmaker is often at work, servicing the iconic timepieces. Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry store first opened in Baton Rouge, Louisiana over 45 years ago under the direction of the Berg family patriarch, Lee Michael Berg. Following a successful introduction of Rolex to the Baton Rouge community, Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry stores expanded to New Orleans. For more than 25 years, Lee Michaels and Rolex successfully collaborated in showcasing and servicing Rolex timepieces to New Orleans and the surrounding area.
“The Rolex area in the new Lakeside store is twice the size of the area we had in our previous location inside the mall,” said Chad Berg, Co-President of Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry. “The space is designed together with Rolex, focusing on a modern and up-to-date concept. Rolex has been an incredible partner with Lee Michaels for decades. We feel very fortunate to represent the brand.”
